Nick is our CEO and mastermind behind the unique way XPS works with our customers. Nick’s knowledge of what makes a company successful, coupled with his broad IT skill set, enables XPS to constantly improve our services.
Phil Leech
Operations Director
Phil works closely with our third line support team and is responsible for the drive behind XPS, working with our partner companies to ensure we can work together to provide the best experience possible for our clients.
Andy Lickiss
Head of Sales
Andy has been with the XPS team since 2016 and has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. Alongside managing new business, Andy also keeps relationships with our existing clients to ensure that they receive the best service possible.
Laura Martin
General Manager
Laura is responsible managing our first and second line support teams as well as the day to day running of the business. If you have ever met the XPS team there is a good chance you have spoken with Laura.
